Who is sidney?
Sidney McNairy IV is a passionate yoga instructor, entrepreneur, and former college football player with a diverse background and a love for connecting people through movement. Born in Illinois and raised in Maryland, Sidney now lives and operates in Florida. He began practicing yoga at the age of 8, and by 13, he was teaching others. His love for yoga led him to open and operate 4 Warriors Yoga for four years, where he helped people of all ages and backgrounds discover the transformative power of the practice. Today, Sidney focuses on creating events that bring together people from various walks of life and yoga communities to build unity, wellness, and personal growth.

Beyond yoga, Sidney is an artist and a creative spirit. In his free time, he enjoys designing clothes, making music, snowboarding, and surfing—activities that allow him to express himself and find balance. His diverse interests and experiences shape his approach to teaching and living, making him an influential figure in both the yoga and creative communities.
